Hi, I’m Alexandra, a French-trained Osteo Manual Therapist specializing in pregnancy, postpartum, babies, children, and adult care.

After completing six years of osteopathic training in France, I continued my career in Canada, where I also worked as a birth and postpartum doula and taught obstetrics, pediatrics, and gynecology at an osteopathic college. Today, I bring this unique international experience to my practice in Los Angeles.

My approach is gentle, hands-on, and highly personalized. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I take the time to understand your story and identify the underlying factors contributing to your discomfort.
